Xactly Setup Guide Lite Private Preview

Follow our setup guide to connect Xactly to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Xactly to Fivetran, you need an active Xactly account.

Setup instructions

Find Credentials

Contact Xactly support to obtain your unique API Application ID, Consumer Name, Connect Username, and Password for using Connect APIs.

Find Environment

If you own a Production account and your domain looks like 'https://api.xactlycorp.com', then select Production as the Environment.
If you own a Sandbox account and your domain looks like 'https://api-sandbox.xactlycorp.com', then select Sandbox as the Environment.
If you own an Implementation account and your domain looks like 'https://api-implement.xactlycorp.com', then select Implementation as the Environment.

Find Environment Host

Your Environment Host depends on your Environment:

If your environment is production, then your host might be one of secure, secure1, secure2, secure3 or secure4 etc,
If your environment is sandbox, then your environment host might be sandbox, sandbox1, sandbox2, sandbox3 or sandbox4 etc.

Finish Fivetran configuration

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Application ID, Consumer Name, Connect Username, and Connect Password you found in Step 1.
Select the Environment you found in Step 2.
Enter the Environment Host you found in Step 3.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Xactly data.
