Zendesk Workforce Management Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Zendesk Workforce Management to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Zendesk Workforce Management to Fivetran, you need an Zendesk Workforce Management account.
Setup instructions
Find Subdomain
Find your Zendesk Workforce Management subdomain by checking your Zendesk Workforce Management URL. For example, if the URL is https://fivetran.zendesk.com
, the subdomain is fivetran
.
Find API Token
Log in to your Zendesk Workforce Management.
Click on Apps and Integrations, then select API Tokens.
Click on Add API Token, provide a description for the token, and then click Save.
Make a note of the API Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Please ensure that the "Allow API token access" checkbox is checked under API Configuration before creating the API Token.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter your Zendesk Workforce Management Subdomain.
- Enter your Zendesk Workforce Management API token.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Zendesk Workforce Management data.
