How does Fivetran handle deleted Zendesk organizations? Will the data remain in my destination despite no longer being visible in Zendesk, and if so, how will it appear?

Answer
We retain deleted Zendesk organizations in your destination as part of our data retention policy. When you delete an organization in Zendesk, we keep the record and modify its name using the following format:
<organization_ID>_deleted_<organization_name>
