Zoho Desk Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Zoho Desk to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Zoho Desk to Fivetran, you need a Zoho Desk account.
Setup instructions
Create API credentials
- Log in to the Zoho API Console.
- Click ADD CLIENT.
- On the Choose a Client Type page, select the Server-based Applications client type.
- Enter the Client Name and Homepage URL.
- In the Authorized Redirect URIs field, enter
https://fivetran.com/integrations/zoho_desk/oauth2/return
. - Click CREATE.
- Make a note of the Client ID and Client Secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Find region
Find your Zoho Desk application region based on the domain in the URL. For example, if your domain is .com
, then the region is the USA. If the domain is .in
, then the region is India
.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
- Enter the Client ID and Client secret you created in Step 1.
- From the Region drop-down menu, select the region you found in Step 2.
- Click Authorize to allow Fivetran to access your Zoho Desk account using OAuth. You will be redirected to your Zoho Desk account to authorize Fivetran access.
IMPORTANT: We recommend logging in while in Incognito mode to ensure authorization of the correct account.
- Log in to your Zoho Desk account. Once you have finished, you will be redirected back to Fivetran.
- Click Save&Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Zoho Desk data.
