Facebook Ads Error: Asynchronous Jobs Were Not Completed
You may encounter the following error in the Fivetran Platform Connector error logs:
external_service_error: Following asynchronous jobs were not completed on Facebook's side.
When this happens, you may discover that data isn't syncing to your destination on time, and your destination data isn't up-to-date. Find out why this error appears and what you need to do.
What causes the Asynchronous jobs were not completed error?
This issue occurs when we attempt to fetch data from Facebook's API by submitting asynchronous jobs, but some jobs don't complete. This may happen when Facebook experiences latency issues natively.

When this issue occurs, we automatically attempt to fetch the same data again. You don't need to take any action. However, if the issue persists, or you want to discover why the jobs failed, contact Facebook's support team and provide the list of failed job IDs referenced in the error message.
