You can no longer select or deselect the FORM_SUBMISSION and PARTIAL_SUBMISSION tables on the Schema tab of the connection details page in your Fivetran dashboard. We no longer support table-level re-sync for the FORM_SUBMISSION and PARTIAL_SUBMISSION tables.
