Freshservice Setup Guide
Follow our setup guide to connect Freshservice to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Freshservice to Fivetran, you need to have an active Freshservice account.
Only use an HTTPS URL with TLS version 1.2 or above.
Setup instructions
Find subdomain
Find your subdomain in your Freshservice URL. For example, if your URL is https://fivetran.freshservice.com, then your subdomain is fivetran.
Find API Key
Log in to your Freshservice Portal.
Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of your portal.
Go to the Profile Settings page.
Make a note of Your API Key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
In Fivetran
- In the connection setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
- Enter your support portal's name in the subDomain field that you found in Step 1.
- Enter your API Key you found in Step 2.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Freshservice account.
