Sites Missing from the Sync Lists From Site Drop-Down Menu
Issue
Despite having access to a SharePoint site, it is missing from the Sync Lists From Site drop-down menu when configuring a connection.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, ensure that the authorizing user's SharePoint account has read access to the relevant top-level site or hub site. For more information, see our Microsoft Lists prerequisites.
