Note: auto_post is only populated if the Support Bill Run Auto-Post Billing rule is enabled in your Zuora tenant. Some additional columns may also require specific Zuora modules to be enabled.

October 2025

We unified each connector’s pre-built dbt Core–compatible data models into a single model. It standardizes and documents the Fivetran schemas created in your destination and outputs analytics-ready tables. Previously, most connectors used distinct source and transform models.

July 2025

We've discontinued indirectly related object IDs for the CREDIT_TAXATION_ITEM and CREDIT_MEMO_APPLICATION_ITEM tables to enhance data normalization. To identify indirect relationships, refer to the direct-relationship field in the Zuora API response.

You can still retrieve these IDs by joining related tables in your destination.

We are making this change only for the accounts created after July 18, 2025.

April 2025

We now support Zuora Revenue reports. We have added a new field, Sync Mode, to the connection setup form. You can opt to use one of the following sync modes:

• Sync Zuora Billing
• Sync Zuora Revenue
• Sync both Billing and Revenue

The Zuora Sandbox connector now supports the Central Sandbox environment. The environment supports both US and EU regions. See our setup instructions for more information.

The Zuora Sandbox connector now supports the Production copy environment. See our setup instructions for more information.

The Zuora Sandbox connector now supports US Cloud Data Center's REST API Production (https://rest.na.zuora.com) and Sandbox (https://rest.sandbox.na.zuora.com/) environments.

We have upgraded our Zuora connector from Zuora API WSDL version 96.0 to 106.0 and have added two new columns, tax_message and tax_status, to the INVOICE table. We are gradually rolling out this new feature to all existing connections. If you'd like to enable this feature on your connector, contact our support team.

November 2020

We can now sync the USER table using the Data Query feature. Only Zuora platform admin users can access the USER table. See Zuora's documentation for more information. If you'd like to enable the USER table on your connector, contact our support team.

April 2020

We now create empty tables and columns in the destination even if the source tables and columns are empty (contain only Null values).

We now add a _fivetran_synced column while syncing empty tables and columns from the source.

August 2019

We have upgraded our Zuora connector from Zuora API WSDL version 91.0 to 96.0. We have made the following changes as a result of the upgrade:

• Added the sequence_set_id column to the ACCOUNT_FIELDS table.
• Added the balance column to the INVOICE_ITEM table.
• Added the following new columns to the REVENUE_EVENT, REVENUE_EVENT_INVOICE_ITEM, and REVENUE_EVENT_INVOICE_ITEM_ADJUSTMENT tables:
  • amount
  • currency
• Added the following new columns to the TAXATION_ITEM table:

  • payment_amount
• Removed support for the CUSTOMER table.

We now support the Zuora Performance Test environment. To connect, add the Zuora Sandbox connector in your Fivetran dashboard and select the Performance Test environment.
